Belhus stormed to an emphatic win over Horndon in this South Essex U13 Cricket League fixture at Horndon Recreation Ground on Sunday morning. Harry Levy struck 26 not out and Ryan Wells with 12 not out finished the job with some style. Earlier, Tom Stone was undefeated on 25 and James Stitson also reached double figures with 13. The most economical Belhus bowler was Tony Ellis with 1-5 from three overs (one maiden), while both Owen Jefferies and Max Scott ended their spells with 1-13 from three overs. Levy completed a fine all-round performance with 1-16 from four overs. The lone wicket-taker for Horndon was Robert Williams, 1-20 from four overs.
