Tom Wood and Mitchell Arthur struck 26 (retired) and 20 respectively to earn Belhus a six-wicket victory in the South Essex U13 cricket league fixture at North Stifford. Earlier, all of the home bowlers were on the top of their game, with Harry Levy claiming three wickets for just seven runs from four overs, two of which were maidens. Wood took 2-6 from three overs while Daniel Dreher bowled three consective maidens and took a wicket in the process. Owen Jefferies and Callum Thomas took 1-11 and 1-10 respectively. For Basildon and Pitsea, McLeod scored 12, Patel 18 and Farrington was undefeated on 16, while Campbell took 2-17.
